Collection of Personal Information by CentrSource
CentrSource will not collect, sell, rent, share, give or otherwise provide to any third party personal information about you unless you say we can. You acknowledge that we may share your personal information with our subsidiaries and affiliates, as permitted by law, to help coordinate the services we provide to you, enforce our terms and conditions, and promote trust and safety. You also acknowledge that, in the event CentrSource (or substantially all of our assets) is acquired, your information would be transferred along with the other business assets as permitted by law. We may also disclose personal information about you to non-affiliated third parties as permitted by law.

Only as required, CentrSource will collect personal information in order to record and support your participation in the activities you explicitly select, either with CentrSource directly and/or participating Advertisers and Media Partners. When you engage in such activities on CentrSource, you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. COMMUNITY PARTNERS AND MERCHANTS CAN COLLECT AND USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA EXCLUSIVELLY WITH YOUR PERMISSION.

If you elect to engage in these activities however, you may be asked to provide personal information such as your first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number and/or other identifying information. Depending upon the nature of the activity, some of the information that we ask you to provide is required and some is optional. If you do not provide the required information, or provide erroneous, inaccurate or incomplete information with respect to a particular activity, you will not be able to complete, or otherwise utilize that activity.

For greater clarity, while CentrSource serves an intermediary role between you and any Advertiser you interact/transact with on the CentrSource system, CentrSource itself is not party to any of the personal information conveyed through CentrSource by you to the Advertiser. Accordingly, CentrSource does not accept any liability with respect to the treatment of your personal information by that Advertiser, and makes no representations whatsoever about other Advertiser Websites to which we may link.

What is your personal information?
Personal information is any information that identifies you as an individual. This includes information such as your name, address, telephone number, birth date, purchase information or e-mail address. You provide CentrSource your personal information so that CentrSource can fulfill the requests you have made. As our commitment states CentrSource adheres to strict guidelines when dealing with your privacy.

Use of Aggregate Information by CentrSource
CentrSource reserves the right to sell, share or otherwise provide aggregate data to third parties for statistical analysis. CentrSource warrants that such data will not be linked, or otherwise traceable to you or any specific individuals.

Collection of Personal Information by Advertisers
Advertisers and/or their agents, who create and make available Offers through CentrSource, have explicitly committed to CentrSource to abide by applicable national, regional and local laws with respect to the privacy and security of consumer information and data. At a minimum, they have also agreed to abide by the Direct Marketing Association's Code of Ethics (2007).

In the event that you experience any actions that are not in your view consistent with applicable national, regional and local laws, or with the noted Code of Ethics, while interacting with any of the Advertisers accessed through CentrSource, you are encouraged to advise CentrSource at privacy@centrsource.com. There is no guarantee or warranty, explicit or implied, made by CentrSource that we will satisfactorily remedy or redress your concern with said Advertiser(s), but CentrSource will use this information to determine its future relationship with said party.

Use of Cookies
As is the general practice on the Internet, you need to know that when you visit CentrSource we place a 'cookie' on your computer to track your visit. A cookie is a small amount of data that is transferred to your browser by a Web server intended to be read by the server that gave it to you. Typically, the cookie functions as a bookmark, returning you to the desired website . It cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses. If you have not registered, the cookie has no other purpose than to serve you.

Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether or not to accept it. Our Web servers automatically log the IP/Internet address of your computer, the browser type and browser version you are using. Forms you submit to us may also automatically log this information as well as the date and time the form was submitted. Under no circumstances does this information identify you personally. You remain anonymous unless you have otherwise provided this Website with personal information.

Transferring of Data
When you submit personal information to CentrSource, you understand and agree that this information may be transferred across national boundaries and may be stored and processed in any of the jurisdictions in which CentrSource, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries and trusted vendors maintain Web servers or offices. You also acknowledge that in certain jurisdictions, or with respect to certain activities, the collection, transferring, storage and processing of your information may be undertaken by trusted vendors of CentrSource.

Personal information is collected, processed and stored in secure and trusted facilities in Lugano, Switzerland.

Receiving Opt-in Messages From CentrSource - Subscriptions
When you register, CentrSource is set as a default option our Subscriptions feature , so that we may from time to time send you product and service information that will help you better utilize CentrSource, the Point$ program and otherwise take advantage of system features. You can 'opt-out' at any time, simply by de-selecting CentrSource in Subscriptions, and thereby withdraw or temporarily suspend your permission to receive these communications.

Industry and Governing Body Compliance
CentrSource Privacy Agreement complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, the Direct Marketing Association’s Code of Ethics (2007) and applicable privacy laws for the province of Ontario.

Fraudulent e-Mail Warning and CentrSource Commitment
You will never be solicited via e-mail for personal information from CentrSource.

CentrSource, WILL NOT solicit or request you for your personal information via e-mail, phone, mail, etc. Our registration process is the only way that CentrSource will collect personal information.

Privacy Agreement
By accessing or using this Website (http://www.centrsource.com and/or any affiliate sub-domains thereof) you agree to the Privacy Commitment as outlined above. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this site.

CentrSource Corp. reserves the right to change the Privacy Commitment from time to time at its sole discretion. Your use of this Website will be subject to the most current version at the time of such use.
